Microsoft Excel for OS/2 3.0 (OS/2)

- The Help index and the Keyboard Help 

    windows operate incorrectly.  Avoid using
    these functions.

The EXCELHLP.HLP file can be viewed by opening a Windows Help screen in a WIN-OS/2 session and then opening the file directly. However, context sensitive Help will still be unavailable.

Help in Excel for OS/2 relied on a set of Windows Library Operations, (WLO) to run a version of the Windows Help Engine under OS/2. These libraries were not shipped with OS/2 2.0 and the previous versions that originally shipped with Microsoft Excel are not compatible with OS/2 2.0.

When you attempt to access help in Microsoft Excel 3.0 for OS/2 under OS/2 version 2.0 you may received the following error message: 

   Help cannot be shown because the file PWINHELP.DLL is missing
