Excel: Password Protection Not Supported with WK3 Format

SUMMARY

Microsoft Excel versions 2.2 and 3.0 do not support saving a document in the Lotus 1-2-3 formats when document protection has been turned on. The document must be unprotected prior to saving in these formats.
