SYMPTOMS
========

Media Vision's Multimedia drivers on CD-ROM for Windows with Multimedia
Extensions 1.0 (Windows with Multimedia) do not install correctly in Windows
version 3.1.

This problem may cause the following error messages to appear:

   Cannot load the Pro Audio Spectrum Stereo Wave form Driver. The driver file
   maybe missing. Try installing the driver again, or contact your system
   administrator.

   -or-

   The "Pro Audio Spectrum Stereo Wave form" driver does not appear in the
   installed drivers list after installing.

CAUSE
=====

This is due to an incompatibility problem with the OEMSETUP.INF file for the
drivers.

WORKAROUND
==========

Media Vision has newer drivers for Windows 3.1 and a compatible OEMSETUP.INF
file. To obtain these drivers, contact Media Vision.

The Multimedia drivers included here are manufactured by a vendor independent of
Microsoft; we make no warranty, implied or otherwise, regarding these products'
performance or reliability.
