SUMMARY

In Microsoft Excel, selecting Page Preview (Print Preview in Excel version 3.0) in the Print dialog box (on the File menu) displays a reduced view of the entire page. To see a portion of the document in full size, zoom into that area by clicking the area you want enlarged.

In Excel versions 2.2 and 3.0, you can scroll the zoomed area by using the horizontal or vertical scroll bars, or by using the arrow keys.

In versions prior to Excel 2.2, you can scroll the zoomed portion of the page by holding down the OPTION key, which turns the mouse pointer into a hand, and using the hand to drag the page around the screen.
