The file containing the driver is called THUNDR.EXE. After updating the Thunder Board driver, remove the VSBD.386 and SNDBLST2.DRV files from your Windows\SYSTEM subdirectory.

Changes to the SYSTEM.INI File

The standard Windows 3.1 driver makes these changes to the SYSTEM.INI file:

   [sndblst.drv]

   [drivers]

   [tbwave.drv]
   port=220

The settings for the I/O port address (220) and interrupt (5) are the factory defaults. Valid settings for the I/O port address are 210, 220, 230, 240, 250, and 260. Valid settings for the interrupt are 2, 3, 5, and 7. The DMA channel is permanently set to channel 1 on the Thunder Board and thus cannot be configured.
