Article ID: Q75071

SUMMARY

When you use the Proprinter X24E, Microsoft Excel version 3.0 will not print shading on a spreadsheet if a text box exists on the same page. This problem is known to occur with the Window's printer driver PROPRN24.DRV version 2.04.

MORE INFORMATION

There is no known workaround other than printing shading and text boxes on separate pages.

Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available.
