SYMPTOMS
========

When you play a MIDI file, you may receive an "Out of memory" error message, or
the file may be played with garbled or distorted sound.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if MCISEQ is unable to load all or some of the MIDI
patches.

STATUS
======

Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here in the
Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
