CAUSE ===== These symptoms can occur if the accessibility components of Windows 95 are enabled and the system is not compatible with those components. RESOLUTION ========== To disable Windows 95 accessibility components: 1. Click the Start button on the taskbar. 2. On the Settings menu, click Control Panel. 3. Double-click Accessibility Options. 4. For each of the accessibility properties, click the check boxes to disable the options. 5. Ensure that the Save Settings box is selected. 6. Click the Apply Now button and OK button.
