DOCERR: Index DC_ENUMRESOLUTIONNAMES Doesn't Exist

On page 137 of the Windows version 3.1 DDK's "Device Driver Adaptation Guide" manual (DDAG), there is a documentation error. Under the discussion of DeviceCapabilities(), the manual describes the DC_ENUMRESOLUTIONNAMES index, which doesn't exist (is not defined in any .H file).

The Windows SDK documents for DeviceCapabilities() are correct; there is no index DC_ENUMRESOLUTIONNAMES.
