Lookup_value Examples Incorrect in Excel Reference Manual

SUMMARY

The following statements are found in the "Microsoft Excel Function Reference":

Page 123: If HLOOKUP can't find lookup_value, it uses the largest value that is less than or equal to lookup_value.

Page 246: If VLOOKUP can't find lookup_value, it uses the largest value that is less than or equal to lookup_value.

The words "or equal to" should be removed from these statements. If lookup_value can't be found, a value that is equal to lookup_value will not be found either.
