MSQuery: Define Text Format Dialog Is White Rather Than Gray

SYMPTOMS

The Define Text Format dialog box of the Microsoft Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) Text driver may appear with a white background instead of with the typical gray background.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft Text driver, version 2.99.1731. This problem was corrected in the Microsoft Text driver, version 3.00.2111.
