Disk Administrator Error Dialog Box Doesn't Redraw Correctly

SYMPTOMS

In the Windows NT Disk Administrator utility, if you are attempting to save disk configuration information to a floppy disk and there is no floppy disk available, the following error dialog box appears:

   There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk in
   drive a:.

   Abort     Retry     Ignore

If you move this dialog box either by using the Move command or by dragging the title bar with the mouse, the original dialog box is not erased; multiple dialog boxes are displayed.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.1 and Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
