MORE INFORMATION

To link or import a Paradox version 1.0 for Windows table, you must first export the table in Paradox to dBASE IV format. The following steps describe how to export the table in dBASE IV format:

  1. In Paradox 1.0 for Windows, click Utilities on the File menu, and then click Copy.

  2. In the Copy File From line, type the name of the file you want to export.

  3. In the Copy File To line, type a new name for the file. Give the file a .dbf extension. This extension causes Paradox 1.0 for Windows to save the file in dBASE IV format.

  4. Start Microsoft Access and import or link the .dbf file.
