MAX_LANA Is Hard-Coded at 72 Connections

MAX_LANA is hard-coded for 72 connections. This number was chosen to allow 64 concurrent Remote Access Service (RAS) NetBIOS clients, while allowing another 8 clients to concurrently use NetBIOS.
