Multiple CD-ROMs Fail with Compaq FastSCSI

SYMPTOMS

When you use multiple CD-ROM drives on a single COMPAQ FastSCSI controller, your CD-ROM drives may not appear in File Manager, or your computer may not boot.

WORKAROUND

The only workaround at this time is to use another SCSI controller.
