SBFM97: Axis Labels Missing on Profitability Chart

SYMPTOMS

When you view GL Account Totals in the Profitability Analysis workbook, the x-axis labels are missing or appear to be clipped on the chart.

CAUSE

This problem occurs when you do the following:

In the Profitability Analysis workbook, the axis labels on the chart appear to be missing or clipped because row 36 has a row height of 2.25 characters by default.

WORKAROUND

To display the axis labels on the chart, use the following steps:

1. In the Profitability Analysis workbook, click See Other GLAccount in the

   Items list.

2. In the See Other GLAccount dialog box, only include Totals in the
   "GLAccount to be viewed in analysis" (in the right pane). Click OK.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. This problem has been fixed in the updated versions of the Quickbooks driver and Msapp.dll.
