Screen Loses Sync After Switch From Window to Full Screen

SYMPTOMS

If you have a Wyse WY-470 video adapter and either a Wyse WY-890N or WY-660 monitor, you may experience a screen synchronization problem. This problem occurs when running a graphical MS-DOS - based application full screen and then switching to a window.

CAUSE

The vertical refresh rate is not being set properly.

RESOLUTION

To avoid this problem, choose either full screen or windowed mode before you allow your application to start displaying graphics.
