SUMMARY

Using indexes does not improve record selection performance when searching or scrolling in Q+E version 2.5.

Performance also does not improve when you choose Add Condition from the Select menu.

Indexes will improve the performance when you join multiple queries with indexes.

Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available.
