GP Fault Printing Help Topics Using Canon BJ200E.DRV

SYMPTOMS

When you print a Help topic that contains a graphic using a Canon BJ200E.DRV version 1.0 or 1.01, you receive a general protection fault (GP fault) in Module BJ200E.DRV.

STATUS

WORKAROUND

Install and use the IBM Proprinter X24E printer driver with the Canon BJ200E printer to print help topics that contain graphics. The Canon BJ200E emulates the IBM Proprinter X24E.
