The information in this article applies to:
When you use the PAGE UP or PAGE DOWN keys to scroll one page forward or backward through a form that you are browsing, you do not receive the results you expect (the keys are ineffective).
This problem occurs when you are browsing a form in which a text box is adjacent to a submit button. When the text box is not adjacent to the submit button, the PAGE DOWN and PAGE UP keys move your insertion point to the next or previous field, respectively.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Internet Assistant for Word, version 2.0z. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
Use the vertical scroll bar to move forward and backward through the page.
