Create the following macro to send the file from Word. Word saves the file and uses the Wbmapi.dll MAPISendDocuments function. The file Wbmapi.dll is located on the "Microsoft Word Developer's Kit" disk.

   Declare Function MAPISendDocuments Lib "WBMAPI"(UIParam as Long,
        DelimChar As String,
        FilePaths As String,
        FileNames As String,
        Reserved As Long) As Integer

   Sub MAIN
        FileSave
        Dim DocName As DocumentStatistics
        GetCurValues DocName
        DocPath$ = DocName.Directory + "\" + DocName.FileName
        result = MAPISendDocuments(0, ";", DocPath$, DocName.FileName, 0)
