AtStartOfDocument()

Syntax:

AtStartOfDocument()

Example:

This sample macro returns -1 if the insertion point is at the beginning of the document or 0 (zero) if it is not. Unlike the StartOfDocument() function, AtStartOfDocument() does not move the insertion point.

   Sub MAIN
      value - AtStartOfDocument()
      If value - - 1 Then
         MsgBox "The insertion point is at the Start of the Document."
      Else
         MsgBox "The insertion point is NOT at the Start of the Document."
      End If
   End Sub

AtEndOfDocument()

Syntax:

AtEndOfDocument()

Example:

This sample macro returns -1 if the insertion point is at the end of the document or 0 (zero) if it is not. Unlike the EndOfDocument() function, AtEndOfDocument() does not move the insertion point.

   Sub MAIN
      value - AtEndOfDocument()
      If value - - 1 Then
         MsgBox "The insertion point is at the End of the Document."
      Else
         MsgBox "The insertion point is NOT at the End of the Document."
      End If
   End Sub
