Syntax:

EditSwapAllNotes

Example:

The following sample macro traps the error condition when no footnotes or endnotes are available. If no error occurs, then it either swaps footnotes to endnotes or endnotes to footnotes.

   Sub MAIN
      On Error Goto err
      EditSwapAllNotes
      MsgBox "Footnotes/Endnotes swapped."
      Goto bye
   err:
      MsgBox "No Footnotes/Endnotes encountered."
