Syntax:

InsertFieldChars

InsertFieldChars inserts field characters ({}) at the insertion point and then positions the insertion point between the field characters.

Example:

The following sample macro inserts field braces and then prompts the user to create a date field:

   Sub MAIN
      FileNewDefault
      InsertFieldChars
      Msgbox "Type in the word 'Date' and press F9"
   End Sub
