WD: WordPerfect for Mac Filter Does Not Ship With Word

SUMMARY

Page 517 of the "Word 5 Companion" by The Cobb Group incorrectly states that a WordPerfect 2.0 for the Macintosh converter shipped with Word 5.0 and ships with Word 5.1.

Although this filter did/does not ship with Word 5.0/5.1, it is currently available as an Application Note from Microsoft (GC0804: "WordPerfect 2.0 for the Macintosh Converter").

NOTE: To use the WordPerfect 2.0 for the Macintosh converter, you must be running Microsoft Word version 5.0 or later.
