NOTE: Word may print one of the documents; however, Word then stops responding and prints no other documents. WORKAROUND ========== First, use the following steps to close Word: 1. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to display the Close Program dialog box. 2. Click Microsoft Word and click End Task. When you are prompted to close the program, click End Task. To print the documents from Word, use one of the following methods: Method 1: Do not open the documents in Word before you print them. 1. On the File menu, click Open, and then select the documents you want to print. 2. Right-click the selection (or click Commands and Settings) and click Print. Method 2: Open and print each document individually. STATUS ====== Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the products listed at the beginning of this article.
