On the File menu, click New, and click the Web Pages tab. 2. Select the Blank Web Page template, select the Template option, and click OK. WORKAROUND ========== To work around this problem, first create a new document based on the Blank Web Page template and then save the document as a template. STATUS ====== Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Word 97 for Windows.
