Syntax:

MicrosoftAccess      (not available on the Macintosh)

MicrosoftExcel MicrosoftFoxPro MicrosoftMail MicrosoftPowerPoint MicrosoftProject

MicrosoftPublisher   (not available on the Macintosh)
MicrosoftScedule     (not available on the Macintosh)

MicrosoftSystemInfo

Example:

This sample macro starts Microsoft Excel if it is not running or switches to Microsoft Excel if it is already running. All other Microsoft commands work exactly the same way.

  Sub MAIN
   MicrosoftExcel
  End Sub

Possible Error Message

   Microsoft Word Err-1556
   Word could not locate or start (application).

Workaround

1. From Windows, start the program that failed to start with the macro.

2. Switch to Word.

3. Run the macro containing the Microsoft command corresponding to

   the program you just started.

Word switches you to the other program. Word will start or switch to the program every time you run the macro.
