Microsoft Office 97 file formats are significantly different than Microsoft
Office 95 file formats. Consequently, Office 95 programs cannot read any file
saved by the corresponding Office 97 program.

Office 97 file formats. Therefore, if you have Office 95 instead of Office 97,
you cannot read these files. Moreover, because of the many feature changes
