CAUSE ===== You may be using a different version of Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft Outlook from the recipient of the message. RESOLUTION ========== To maintain the font size and color of e-mail sent to MSN members who use a different version of Microsoft Exchange or Outlook, compose the message in Microsoft WordPad (or any other word processor), and then send the message as an attachment.
