version of MSN:

MSN 2.0

If you are using MSN 2.0, follow these steps to send an e-mail message to MSN
Member Support:

1. Click the question mark in the upper-right corner of MSN, and then click Help
   & Support.

2. Click E-mail Member Support, and then follow the prompts on your screen to
   send an e-mail message to MSN Member Support.

MSN 2.5
-------

If you are using MSN 2.5, use one of the following methods to send an e-mail
message to MSN Member Support:

Method 1
--------

1. Point to the question mark in the upper-right corner of Program Viewer, and
   then click Member Services Home Page, or click Member Services on the MSN On
   Stage page.

2. Click Help & Support.

3. Click E-mail Member Support, and then follow the instructions on the screen
   to send an e-mail message to MSN Member Support.

Method 2
--------

1. Click the MSN Quick View icon on the taskbar, point to Member Services, and
   then click Help & Support.

2. Click E-mail Member Support, and then follow the instructions on the screen
   to send an e-mail message to MSN Member Support.
