If you click Cancel, you may receive the following error message: There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your User Name was rejected. CAUSE ===== Your MSN e-mail account may not be configured to use Secure Password Authentication. RESOLUTION ========== Configure your MSN e-mail account to use Secure Password Authentication. To do so, use the following steps: 1. Start Outlook Express. If the MSN Sign-In screen appears, click Cancel. 2. On the Tools menu, click Accounts. 3. On the Mail tab, click MSN Mail, and then click Properties. 4. Click the Servers tab. 5. Under Incoming Mail Server, click "Log on using Secure Password Authentication." 6. Click OK, and then click Close.
