CAUSE ===== This behavior can occur if Microsoft Internet Explorer is not properly installed. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this issue, remove and reinstall Internet Explorer. To do this, use the appropriate method for your version of Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer 3.x --------------------- 1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel. 2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs. 3. Click Internet Explorer 3.x, and then click Add/Remove. 4. When you are prompted to confirm the removal of Internet Explorer or one of its components, click Yes. 5. Restart the computer. 6. Click Start, point to Find, and then click "Files Or Folders". 7. In the Named box, type mshtml.dll, and then click Find Now. 8. In the list of found files, right-click the Mshtml.dll file, and then click Delete. 9. In the Named box, type urlmon.dll, and then click Find Now. 10. In the list of found files, right-click the Urlmon.dll file, and then click Delete. 11. Close the Find: Files Named Urlmon.dll window. 12. Restart the computer, and then reinstall Internet Explorer 3.x.
