CAUSE ===== This behavior can occur if any program you are running on your computer stops responding (hangs) while you are connected to MSN. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this issue, follow these steps: 1. Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to open the Close Program dialog box. 2. Double-click The Microsoft Network (Quick View), and then click End Task. NOTE: If The Microsoft Network (Quick View) is not listed in the Close Program dialog box, click Cancel. 3. If you are prompted to disconnect from MSN, click Stay Online. 4. Click Start, point to Programs, point to StartUp, and then click MSN Quick View. The MSN Quick View icon should now reappear in the Windows taskbar.
