CAUSE ===== You have forgotten your password. RESOLUTION ========== To reset your password 1. Start MSN Explorer. 2. Click the Forgot Your Password link in the upper-right corner of the Welcome screen. A pop-up window will appear stating We need to connect to the Internet to complete the requested task. Do you want to connect now? 3. Click the Yes button. MSN Explorer will now dial and connect. Once connected, a dialog box appears. 4. Type your e-mail name, Country/Region, State, and Zip Code, and then click Continue. MSN Explorer will now validate the information to make sure that it matches the information for the account. If so, you will be taken to the next dialog box. 5. Type the answer to the secret question. 6. Type the new password. Note: The passwords entered in these fields must match. Passwords also must be between 8 and 16 characters, and contain only letters and numbers. 7. Click Continue. A dialog box will now appear informing you that the password has been changed successfully. 8. Click OK. You should now be able to sign in with the new password.
