Error Message: We are unable to connect to our sign-in server.\r\n\r\n Please check that your computer's date and time are set correctly, because this is needed in order to transmit your password securely.

This error can occur when the system date on the computer is set incorrectly.
Double-click the area of the screen in the lower-right corner where the time is
displayed. A window appears that allows you to set the time and date on the
computer. Make sure the time is set correctly. If this setting is correct and
the error still occurs, contact Technical Support.

Error Message: We're sorry, but we can't log this user in as a guest. Please select 'Add New User' to use this account.

This error occurs when a user who has not migrated to Web-based e-mail attempts
to sign in to MSN Explorer as a guest. The user cannot do this without a Hotmail
Inbox. Go through the Add New User process to create a Hotmail Inbox, and then
sign in to MSN Explorer.
