CAUSE ===== This is a known issue and the product team is currently evaluating solutions. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this issue 1. Start MSN Explorer. 2. Click Connection Settings, select Other, and then click Continue. 3. Close MSN Explorer. 4. Follow the steps in Q294853 to create a connection file manually. 5. On your desktop, create a shortcut for the connection file. 6. Double click the shortcut to the manual connection. 7. Type your user name and password, and then click Connect. 8. Start MSN Explorer, and then sign in with the MSN Internet Access user tile. 9. Click Help and Settings, click Accounts, click Remove Users, and then follow the directions to remove all existing user tiles. 10. Close MSN Explorer. 11. Start MSN Explorer. 12. When prompted, select MSN using a modem as your preferred connection method. 13. Follow the instructions to complete Setup.
