Before signing in with the new password, you click the Add New User link. A box appears asking for the account manager's password, and you type the new password in the box. If the password you type is different from the previous password for the account you are signing in with, an error message will appear stating that the password is invalid. CAUSE ===== This is a known issue. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this issue - Sign in to the primary account with the new password. Note: Do not check the box for offline e-mail when signing in. After you have signed in successfully with the new password, the new password will be set as the account manager password for the machine, allowing you to add new users.
