SUMMARY
=======

You have been using a broadband connection and have decided to change to dial-up
access. You start MSN Companion using your broadband connection, and then click
connection settings at the top of the page. You then click the link "I do not
want to use my broadband connection anymore." Then, the next time you start MSN
Companion, the device attempts to connect via broadband.

MSN Companion is detecting the Universal Serial Bus (USB) to Ethernet component,
and there is no message telling the customer to use this method.

To resolve this issue

 - Remove the USB to Ethernet device, plug in the phone line, and then restart
   MSN Companion.
   MSN Companion will attempt to detect the USB to Ethernet device and fail. As a
   result, MSN Companion will attempt to connect via the available phone line.
