These issues may include difficulties with opening attachments or assigning tasks. CAUSE ===== This is a known issue. RESOLUTION ========== Designate the e-mail client you are attempting to use as the default e-mail program for the computer . This will not affect your ability to use the e-mail functions in MSN Explorer. To set an e-mail client as default 1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel. 2. Double-click the Internet Options icon (for Window Millennium and Windows 2000, you may have to click the Display all Control Panel options link in the to see this icon). 3. At the top of the Internet Options window, click the Programs tab. 4. In the box next to E-mail, select the e-mail client that you would like to set as the default. 5. Click the Apply button at the bottom of the window, and then click OK.
