Preference Files may become corrupted through regular computer use. Corrupted Preference Files may prevent you from successfully connecting to or browsing the Internet. The information in this article applies to: - Macintosh OS 8.6 - Macintosh OS 9.x MORE INFORMATION ================ To delete the Preference Files related to MSN Internet Access in Macintosh Operating System 8.6 and 9.x Use these procedures as final troubleshooting step to reset Control Panel settings to default configurations. Before attempting this, make a note of all information from each Control Panel associated with these specific Preference Files. 1. Browse to [MacSystemHardDrive]: System Folder: Preferences. 2.
