SYMPTOMS
========

When the Hangul version of Microsoft Mail (Hmail) client sends a message to a
group alias that contains many members, the client stops responding (hangs).

The number of members in group alias that causes this problem varies, depending
on the configuration of the system on which the HMail client runs. It could be
20, 45, or more than 60 members.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Mail for PC Networks
(Hangul version), version 3.5. We are researching this problem and will post new
information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
