about that bug.

NOTE: Exchange Server service packs are cumulative and contain all fixes included
in earlier service packs. For example, Exchange Server 5.5 Service Pack 3
contains all fixes included in Exchange Server 5.5 Service Pack 1 and 2. You do
not need to install an earlier service pack before you install Exchange Server
5.5 Service Pack 3.
