It is in use by another application. CAUSE ===== An application such as the Microsoft Exchange Administrator program has the file locked open. WORKAROUND ========== To work around this problem, make sure the Microsoft Exchange Administrator and other Exchange Server-aware applications are not in use during the upgrade process.
