CAUSE ===== The client does not work correctly because there are common files between the client and server that get updated to the English SP5 version when the Update program is run. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this problem, try one of the following: Run the localized Far East client on a separate computer, which is not running Exchange Server. -OR- Upgrade the client and server to version 5.0 or 5.5. -OR- Contact Microsoft PSS to receive a 4.0 SP5 client update that can be installed. STATUS ====== Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server version 4.0. This problem has been corrected in the latest U.S. Service Pack for Microsoft Exchange Server version 4.0.
