RESOLUTION ========== To work around the problem, you can use the Shutdown.exe command-line tool instead to shut down the Windows Terminal Server without restarting. STATUS ====== Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT Terminal Server Edition version 4.0.
