XL98: Cannot Drag UserForm Control onto a Worksheet

SYMPTOMS

If you try to drag a control from a UserForm onto a worksheet in Microsoft Excel 98 Macintosh Edition, you cannot place the control on the worksheet. Also, if you cut or copy a control from a UserForm, you cannot paste the control on a worksheet.

CAUSE

Moving or copying a control from a UserForm to a worksheet is not supported in Microsoft Excel 98 Macintosh Edition because controls are not supported in worksheets.

STATUS

This behavior is by design of Microsoft Excel 98 Macintosh Edition.
