RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this problem, re-register Iischema.dll. To do this, type the following command at a command prompt: "regsvr32 iischema.dll" (without the quotation marks) Note Iischema.dll is usually located in the Winnt/System32/Inetsrv folder.
