The list of affected Cyrillic letters and the position on the U.S. keyboard (in quotation marks) includes: TSE, "[" EM, ";" CHE, "'" ER, "," EL, "." BE, "/" CAUSE ===== The keyboard mapping file is missing the directive that is necessary for this functionality in the keyboard description file. RESOLUTION ========== A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem described in this article and should be applied only to systems experiencing this specific problem.
