If you review the SMS\Logs\Datalodr.log file, you may see entries that are similar to: ~SQL Msg #105> Unclosed quotation mark before the character string WORKAROUND ========== To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Systems Management Server version 2.0. This problem was first corrected in Systems Management Server 2.0 Service Pack 4. MORE INFORMATION ================ Windows XP support was added to SMS 2.0 in SMS 2.0 Service Pack 3 (SP3). This problem is known to occur only with Japanese-language versions of Windows XP.
